Thank you for being apart of the Dolled Gang! We strive to ensure that our customers receive top quality hair, products, and customer service.
Once your payment has been received and cleared by our financial institution, we will start processing your order. Standard shipping is typically 3-4 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Once items are shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the email received at checkout. Please double check and triple check to ensure your shipping information is correct! Once you place your order we will not make any address changes. Once your order is shipped, we are no longer responsible for your package, via USPS. Again, Dolled Gang, we can not stress the importance of making sure that all of your information is correct!
Shipping Policy
Due to the pandemic, shipping and turn around times may be longer than expected. We will email our customers a tracking number once the order has been processed and cleared by our bank of any fraudulent activity. NO REFUND. NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Once you have placed your order, whether its bundles, bundles for a wig, or a custom wig, you will not be able to make any changes to the existing order.

Chargebacks
A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts their bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their debit/credit cards. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers, we will NOT tolerate chargeback abuse. In all cases where the chargeback is clearly fraudulent and/or an attempt to circumvent our policy, we will file a report with the necessary authorities. We will not tolerate mail fraud. If the product was delivered via USPS or to a P.O Box, we will notify the necessary agencies. You will be fully responsible for paying all monies owed.
